Attention: Diabetes Management Staff will be out of the office today and tomorrow (April 30 and May 1) conducting Child Health Measures at Rocky Boy Schools.  The DM office will be closed during these two days.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Diabetes Prevention Goals: 
In the Diabetes Prevention Department, our primary goal is to decrease the prevalence of Diabetes in the Rocky Boy Community through prevention efforts targeted at education, diet and exercise.
Our Services Include:
Pre-Diabetes Education Our classes are designed to teach you how to choose healthier foods, the importance of physical activity and the importance of weight loss.

Consults from Medical Providers Our Department receives consults for services from your Medical Providers that can include Nutrition Education and Disease Process Education. Our clinic can provide this education at our facility or in the comfort of your own home.

Supporting OUR Community Our Department supports and participates in many community events: Women’s Health Fair, Men’s Health Fair, Child Health Measures Family Fun Night, Tour de Cure, Walk Around the Rez, Bear Wellness and Summer School activities for our youth.
