Construction Management (CM) Services

​

Rocky Boy Health Center is projecting construction projects that will address needs due to COVID and growth for the organization.  The CM will work cooperatively with the RBHC and will provide, among other services: budgets, construction reviews, scheduling, and preconstruction planning.

 

The Construction Manager shall perform the work that is specified in the Professional Services Agreement (“PSA”).  The scope of the work shall include oversight of all projects at Rocky Boy Health Center over the next year.

The RBHC seeks proposals from one or more firms (large or small) or individual practitioners who can demonstrate proficiency in any area of providing locum medical services as stated in this RFQ.  

 

The purpose of this request is to identify a panel of pre-qualified firms and individual practitioners with demonstrable expertise that are eligible to provide locum medical services to the Rocky Boy Health Center for a period of (2) years in the above medical fields when the need arises.  The RBHC's pre-qualified list will permit the RBHC to assign medical locum services without additional procurement processes.

 

This request for proposals is developed pursuant to the RBHC Procurement Policy.  This solicitation does not modify existing medical locum or recruitment agreements.

The purpose of this request is to identify a panel of pre-qualified firms and individuals with demonstrable expertise that are eligible to provide services to the Rocky Boy Health Center for a period of two (2) years in grant writing when the need arises. The RBHC’s pre-qualified list will permit the RBHC to assign grant writing projects without additional procurement processes.

Rocky Boy Health Center

ROCKY BOY RESERVATION

RFQ-2017-001

 

The Rocky Boy Health Center is hereby soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from qualified Civil Engineering Consultant (“Consultant”) firms to provide engineering services for planning, design, and construction administration for various civil engineering projects on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation.  The Consultant may also be required to provide technical assistance in the development and administration of grant funding proposals for civil engineering projects.  The professional engineering services that may be required under this solicitation include, but are not limited to providing technical assistance to Tribal staff on an as needed basis; developing short and long range plans; updating utility inventory for the reservation; performing project surveying and GIS mapping; developing complete construction documents for water and sewer lines and other public works projects; monitoring construction work in progress; working with Tribal staff to perform technical tasks; and providing required project reports.

Selection Criteria will include prior similar experience (20), experience working with Indian Reservations (15), staff experience and team qualifications (20), availability/location (15), experience working with Federal programs (15), and TERO Certified – Indian Owned (15).  Total possible points = 100.

 

The “Statement of Qualifications” shall include at a minimum:

1.  Resumes of key staff

2.  Project experience

3.  References, minimum of three with at least one being tribal affiliated

            4.  Schedule of Rates (hourly fee schedule)

 

Six copies of “Statement of Qualifications” will be received by the Rocky Boy Health Center ,6850 upper Box Elder Road, Box Elder, Montana, 59521.  Please limit proposal length to 40 pages or fewer, excluding resumes, cover letter, table of contents, and divider sheets.  Proposals will be received before 5:00 P.M. October 14th, 2020.
